Mr. Sanjeev Aggarwal, a rank holder Chartered Accountant is theChief Financial Officer at JK Tyre & Industries Ltd. He joined JK Tyre &Industries Ltd in February 2019. He brings over 28 years of collective experience to the boardroom. Passionate about finance and accounts function, he hasan extensive experience in raising equity funding, raising long term debt for projects, working capital management, trade finance, ECB /ECA funding, raising structured finance, take-out financing, liaison with banks and financial institutions, dealing with PE funds and managing IPOs. He had also led activities related to corporate structuring, investments, foreign exchange hedging and matters pertaining to incorporation and management of overseas companies, mergers and acquisitions of foreign companies and managing investor’s relations.

Mr. Aggarwal was conferred the title of “Most Influential CFOs of India” by Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) in June 2016. In 2016, he also joined ‘Directors Club’ and attended ‘Accredited Independent Directors Certification Program’ organized by SPJIMR.

Prior to joining JK Tyre & Industries, Mr. Aggarwal was working with Penna Cement Industries Limited and he has also worked with Love Lock & Lewes, BC Jindal Group of Companies, ACME Tele Power Limited and Indo Rama Synthetics (India) Limited.
