Leadership and competency development is an integral part of JK Tyre’s learning culture, helping achieve a competitive advantage both organically and inorganically.

To achieve this goal, JKO’s Leadership Competency Model has been designed & developed specifically considering our business context, business challenges, values, culture and ethos, by the world renowned consultancy Aon Hewitt.

As a Group, we firmly believe that the one factor that differentiates a successful organization from others is the competitive edge that its people bring to the system. Hence Aon & SHL (Saville & Holdworth Ltd) of UK have been our partners for individual development on the JKO Leadership Competency Model at JK Tyre. Our focus is, facilitating JKTians to leverage their strengths and improve their competencies to achieve a competitive advantage.

At JK Tyre, leadership development is given top priority. We encourage people to be the best at whatever they're doing and whoever they are. We believe that people learn best when they observe, experiment, and reflect. We follow the 70:20:10 rule of learning – 70% is learnt on the job, 20% through observation and interaction, and 10% in classrooms & Web based learning.
