JOB DESCRIPTION
Join our team as a Sales Trainee - Application Designer focusing on Workday Core
HCM, where you'll play a pivotal role in defining requirements and designing applications
to meet business processes and application needs. With a minimum of 5 years of
experience, your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams,
analyzing business requirements, and developing Workday Core HCM solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and design
solutions using Workday Core HCM.
- Assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process
and application requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to application design and
development.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with Workday Core HCM.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong understanding of Workday US Payroll.
- Experience in designing and developing Workday Core HCM solutions.
- Proficiency in developing integrations between Workday and other systems.
- Familiarity with developing custom reports using Workday reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proven track record of delivering impactful solutions using Workday Core HCM.
- Certification in Workday Core HCM would be a plus.
